Booking is a chat away.
No complicated forms. Message us on WhatsApp, we confirm everything together, and you pick up the keys in Kyoto.

Message us
Send your dates, number of travellers and rough plan on WhatsApp. English or 日本語 both fine.

Confirm & quote
We check availability and send a clear quote including insurance, with any long-stay discount applied.

Reserve
We hold your dates and share the booking details. Requests are taken up to 2 days before pick-up.

Pick up in Kyoto
Meet at our Sakyo-ku base. We walk you through the van in a 30-minute handover.
05
Hit the road
Drive, cook, sleep under the stars. We're a message away if you need anything.
06
Return
Bring the van back to Kyoto, hand over the keys, and tell us your favourite stop.
What you'll need
✔ A valid driving licence (AT is fine)
✔ Visitors from abroad: an International Driving Permit (or accepted translation)
✔ A confident driver, since the van is larger than a car (tell us if you're unsure)
✔ No pets, please (allergy & cleaning policy)
